Which parts of Sydney's North Shore do you service?
We're based in Killara and work through the Upper North Shore every week — Killara, Lindfield, Roseville, Gordon and Pymble are our core suburbs. We also take work in the surrounding North Shore streets when it fits the run, so it's always worth asking.
Do you charge more for suburbs further from Killara?
No. Pricing is based on the property, the work required and how often we visit — not the suburb. If a property sits well outside our normal run we'll tell you before quoting rather than adding a hidden travel charge.
Can you service a property while I'm not home?
Yes. Most North Shore properties we maintain are serviced while the owner is at work. We just need side access details and somewhere to reach a tap or power point if the job calls for it.
Do you take on recurring maintenance or only one-off jobs?
Both. Recurring fortnightly or monthly maintenance is the most common arrangement on the North Shore because established gardens grow fast through spring and summer, but one-off clean-ups and hedge resets are just as welcome.
Do you work on strata and commercial properties in the area?
Yes. Alongside residential homes we maintain strata gardens, offices and managed properties across the North Shore under recurring maintenance agreements.
